SYNOPSIS
We witness an afternoon in 2008, from the perspective of Layla (7) in Berlin Kreuzberg 36. On her journey through her neighborhood, she meets familiar faces. The Bodega owner Minou (35) is her role model. She confronts the everyday conflicts and racism of the kids with great courage and a „fairy-like" lightness. Layla observes a lot and still perceives the
world with her childlike curiosity and imagination. Around her, however, the tough life rages with all that goes with it.
